Refund Policy – PetzMoon

At PetzMoon, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

  • You may return most new and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened pet food or treats

    • Grooming products (if used/opened)

    • Personalized or custom-made items

To start a return, please contact us at support@petzmoon.com with your order number and details.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

EXCHANGES

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@petzmoon.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@petzmoon.com.
