RETURNS

You may return most new and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened pet food or treats

Grooming products (if used/opened)

Personalized or custom-made items

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
